I am a Research Scholar from the University of Oxford, currently in New Zealand until October 2019.
I completed my schooling and undergraduate studies in NZ, and have extensive experience tutoring in this system. I have taught over 150 students across a wide variety of age groups and subjects. I specialise in tutoring English at all levels, including at primary, secondary, and scholarship levels, for both groups and individuals. I am a native English speaker, with additional experience in teaching ESOL and English literature.
I also have extensive experience tutoring students with disabilities and complex learning needs. I have tutored students with dyslexia, dyspraxia, Aspergers Syndrome, ADHD, and those with physical disabilities.
I am a passionate tutor, putting the wellbeing of the student at the forefront of my coaching. Ensuring that the student participates and contributes is important, as I view teaching as an activity that goes both ways.
